How it began
Reena grew up in a family in the cloth business and pursued an MPhil in Finance. With Ravi, she co-founded Vasudhaiva during COVID, starting without an office and building the team while doing the work.
What she leads
She leads the people and relationship side of the firm: how teams are built, trained and supported through CHAMPIONSHIP™, and how clients experience working with Vasudhaiva. The group's recruitment company, VRecruitFirst, grew from the same belief that the right people create capability.
