NAPS & NATS

NAPS & NATS

Turn fresher hiring into a growth advantage.

Your next 50 employees don't always have to mean your next 50 full-cost hires. For eligible businesses, apprenticeship can become a structured, government-supported way to build talent.

75+ NAPS / NATS clients · 1,000+ apprentices managed · ₹3 Cr+ subsidy secured · Since 2024

The bigger opportunity

Government support is one part. A repeatable talent pipeline is the real prize.

Hire fresh talent→Train→Evaluate→Build job-ready skills→Create your future talent pipeline

Many businesses treat NAPS and NATS as a subsidy form to fill in. The businesses that get the most from them treat apprenticeship as a hiring system: a steady intake of freshers, trained on real work, evaluated over months, with the best moving into full-time roles.

We help you build that system, and manage the financial and compliance process behind it professionally.

100 employees? Your eligible apprenticeship opportunity may be worth evaluating before your next hiring cycle. Build talent. Control cost. Create a pipeline.

Questions we hear
Is our business eligible?

Establishments with 4 or more employees can generally take part; with 30 or more, engaging 2.5% to 15% apprentices is compulsory. We confirm eligibility for your roles and state.

Can IT and ITES companies use apprenticeship?

Yes. Many IT, software, digital, ITES, BPO and KPO roles can be structured as apprenticeships. We help identify which roles fit, and design the programme around them.

Can we enrol existing employees?

Generally, no. Candidates must not already have a PF / UAN or ESIC registration.

Do you help find candidates?

Yes. Candidate sourcing is part of onboarding, and larger intakes can be supported through our group recruitment company, VRecruitFirst.

How long do claims take?

State subsidies are claimed quarterly. Timely, accurate documentation is the biggest factor in avoiding delays, and that's what we manage.
